Apple Cider Sangria

Manly Kitchen Apple Cider SangriaThis is a great beverage to go with Fall meals. It’s fruity and sparkly and very tasty. It’s also dead simple to make.

Ingredients

1 bottle of Pinot Grigio
2 1/2 cups fresh apple cider
1 cup club soda
1/2 cup ginger brandy (optional, but really worth it!)
3 good apples
3 Bartlett pears

Instructions:

Chop apples and pears, leaving the skin on, and place in large pitcher.

Add all liquids and stir. If at all possible, refrigerate at least an hour or two before serving.

One thing: You can really up your presentation by choosing both red and yellow fruits. Obviously, apples come in both colors, but pears do as well.

Have fun, and don’t forget to

Play with your food… er… drink!
